THE FINANCIAL SOCIAL ENGINE
Create a credible presence that helps prospective clients find, trust and choose you. Planned, written and designed in your brand as a complete monthly package, with nothing released until you approve it.
Month to month. Your accounts stay yours, and so does every post we publish, for good.

An outdated feed can make a strong firm look out of date. A considered presence shows the standard behind it, so the person comparing already trusts you before they call.
Planning, posts, approvals and reporting live in one calm portal, so reviewing your content takes minutes, not evenings.
Tell us your brand, your audience and your topics. Minutes, not meetings, and then it is off your desk for good.
Every post is planned, written and designed in your brand, art-directed imagery included, so the feed reads like you on your best day.
Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Approved work goes live on schedule, and your presence keeps building while you’re with clients.
Heartbeat keeps you visible. Presence builds recognition. Authority increases your publishing pace and visibility. Growth adds the evergreen lead magnet and comment-keyword capture on Instagram and Facebook. LinkedIn stays non-automated. Leads end up in your dedicated CRM pipeline, and you are notified.
You wake up notified about your new lead.

Every plan covers Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with carousels, text posts and photo posts.

Every line is screened in code before it reaches you, against ASIC’s advertising rules for financial products and services (RG 234, republished June 2026) and, for credit content, the National Credit Code. What breaches them is rewritten inside the machine, so it never arrives as a draft you have to reject.
These controls support your review. They do not replace your legal or licensing responsibilities.
Different world. Same standard.

Callum grew up inside the financial world; licensees and advice practices were the dinner-table talk, and they still are. His creative work has shipped for industry-leading artists and professionals, including work displayed in Times Square. Shishka Media points that standard at an industry that usually gets stock photos.
The reason is simple. Financial professionals do serious work, then leave it represented by a presence that looks like an afterthought. In a market where people compare you online long before they call, that gap quietly costs trust. Shishka Media exists to close it, and to hold this industry to the standard its work already deserves.

If you never want to look dormant again, Heartbeat. If you want a feed people start to recognise, Presence. If you want a stronger publishing pace and greater visibility, Authority. If you want our strongest publishing pace plus the lead magnet and capture system, Growth. You can change pace any month.
Onboarding takes minutes. We then prepare your first batch. On Growth, your lead magnet must also be approved and live before content starts.
No. We plan, write and design everything in your brand. And if you ever feel like posting something of your own in between, you are more than welcome; it will be standing in good company.
Flag it with a note. We amend it and redeliver it for your approval, and it cannot publish while it waits.
You do, always. The accounts are yours and every published post is yours. Even if you stop paying, everything already published stays yours and stays live.
No. Shishka Media is a marketing business, not an adviser or a broker. We hold no AFSL and no credit licence, and we are not a representative of your licensee. We screen the work and raise points; we never certify it. A clean screen means our systems did not pick anything up, and your own review still applies.
Yes. Credit content is screened under the National Credit Code rather than the financial services advice rules, because a general advice warning has no place on a broker’s post. Where a rate is stated, it carries its comparison rate, the worked example and the required warning, or it does not ship.
Never personal advice. Nothing is written to your reader’s objectives, situation or needs, and no post steers anyone toward a particular product. Most posts are general information. Where a post expresses a view on a class of products, that is general advice, and the required warning is written into the caption. You and your licensee remain responsible for the final approval.
Every draft, amendment, approval and published post is logged in your portal, so there is a running record of what was approved and when.
Yes. Use Export for licensee review to download the post visuals, captions, warnings and proposed date. Complete your licensee's process, then return to your portal for final sign-off.
Every plan includes live reach and engagement reporting in the portal. Growth also shows unique contacts at four confirmed stages: keyword comments, contacts captured, guides delivered and guide views. Each person is counted once at each stage.
On Growth, a post offers a resource and names a keyword. When someone comments that keyword, an automatic reply opens Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger. They confirm they want the resource, opt in and share their details, then the guide link arrives in that same private chat. Ongoing follow-up stays with your team. LinkedIn stays non-automated.
The keyword is always SEND, and the trigger matches it exactly, so it fires when the comment is the keyword itself, not a sentence that happens to contain it. Even then, nothing is sent until the person confirms they want the resource. Ongoing marketing needs a separate opt-in, and every commercial message carries an opt-out.
In Australia. Our content engine, its database and its image storage run in Amazon’s Sydney region, and your portal is hosted in an Australian region too. Some supporting services do sit overseas, and our privacy policy names every one of them and what it handles.
The automated messaging to that person stops on that channel. On Facebook, email and SMS the do-not-disturb state is set in the connected CRM. Instagram has no equivalent function, so the person is marked in the CRM instead and automated messaging stops there too, including if they comment the keyword again on a later post. After a STOP, any further contact with that person is yours to make or not make, so check the conversation before you reach out. If they reply START, they are opted back in.
On Growth, lead data lives in the connected CRM, which you have access to. Your portal shows counts, not conversations: names, emails and message threads stay in the CRM.
A consistent presence and a brand your ideal clients start to recognise. Growth can also bring opted-in leads alongside it. What we will not do is promise a number: reach, enquiries and revenue depend on factors outside anyone’s control, and we would rather be straight with you than sell you a guarantee.
We craft it, you approve it, it goes live.
